Question

Smart campaign for sending either email A or B depending on webpage visit

I have a smart campaign set up so that when the user fills out form A, they are sent email A. I'd like to refine this so the user is sent email A if the user has not visited webpage A yet; if the user has visited webpage A already, the user would be sent email B. How do I set this up in the Flow?

Right now I have Smart List: Fills out Form, and Flow: Send Email A.

Thanks
David

Hi David, in the flow step you can add a choice of "Visited webpage", and then add your webpage and change around the email that they will receive based on what pages they've visited.

Thanks. After looking into this some more, my plan has changed a bit.

If user has not visited webpage A in last 15 days, send email A
Otherwise, don't send anything

I see how to add the Not Visited webpage A condition, and the Default Choice 'do nothing.' Is there a way to add another layer to the first condition regarding 'last 15 days'?

If you need an additional condition, then I think you need to separate out the triggered campaigns into two separate events.

Oh, I see. I'll keep it like this then. It'll be good enough, I think.

If Not Visited Webpage is A, send email A
Default Choice: Do Nothing
