"Smart Campaign already exists" error

Hello Community!

Is anyone seeing this same error, screenshot below? Our team is seeing this error when creating new Smart Campaigns, despite there not being a Smart Campaign with the same name. One member of our team suggested it may have to do with new updates, because we started seeing it after this.

Anybody have any tips?

I've been in comms with support and they said it's widespread now. They said that they're working on it.

This seems to be a bug. I've had the same issue over past few days and submitted a support ticket.

Seems to be working ok now - as far as I can tell, it's been fixed.

Support was able to help us resolve this issue and we no longer have this problem. If anyone else continues to have an issue open up a ticket with support. They are quick in responding and resolving the issue.
