Skipped status unchanged in Activity Log?

It means they didn't qualify for the change in status, either because they didn't meet one of your criteria or perhaps they already have the status to which you were trying to change them.

Do leads automatically get a status of "Marketo form filled out" when they submit a form?  That's where I'm getting the aforementioned message and I have a campaign that "Changes program status" when they submit a form.

If they fill out a form that is a local asset within a program, then yes, they are automatically added to that program. In fact, for this reason I keep some of my forms in design studio so that I can better control the progression statuses with flow steps like you are doing.

Yeah, I used a global form in design studio as well.  It's giving me the skipped status on form filled out, not on member of program.  I think I see what's going on now though.  Thanks for the feeback, I appreciate it.
