Question

Skipped 'Do Nothing' was set for this choice

I have set up some rules for lead scoring and one of them is regarding English speaking countries. I set up rules to say that if the country is XYZ, then change the score. The default choice is 'do nothing.' When I go to look at the results, they all say "Skipped 'Do Nothing' was set for this choice, XYZ leads skipped". Does anyone know what this note means?

That means no one qualified for the condition you said and since there was Do Nothing, it just skipped ahead. This is normal and perfectly fine.

Be sure your Smart List or Country list has the right values and variations of names.

Now, if it is skipping leads that should have qualified, then we need to review that Smart List/Country List in more detail.

I would also double check your smart list filer settings. If you have numerous filters - all vs. any can also cause this.
