Simultaneous Webinar Registrations w. On24

We were auditing 5 upcoming webinars, which we are promoting all together in a single email, and noticed that some people are registering for multiple webinars all within just minutes of each other and are not syncing to all the correct ON24 webinars. The event ID and event key fields are being updated too quickly for the webhook to be syncing with each webinar. We've tried using reoccurring batch campaigns, but came to find out from our On24 support that webhook can only be fired from trigger campaigns, so that won't work...Any suggestions of possible ways to address this? @

Kaitlyn, one way around this - and still use batch campaigns - is to call the trigger campaign (that's calling the webhook) from within your batch campaign by using the "request campaign" flow step.

I've had this problem and you have to create a Decision Node for Multiple Registrations where you can enforce a wait step and stagger this to prevent overwrites that are too quick.

Josh, can you share an example of what that Decision Node might look like?
