Show Custom HTML Form for Known Leads in Forms 2.0 - First name and last name tokedn

I created a form and in the settings used Show Custom HTML Form for Known Leads - I used the populated text and tokens for the known leads.   I am testing the form in a landing page using firefox and google.    
The tokens in firefox work great showing lead first and last name with the download buttons.  When I test the form in google chrome the first and last name tokens do not work.  It just shows the actual token text, strangely enough the download token works.  
Anyone come across this issues?

Hey Lisa - 

That's definitely not intended behavior.

Have you opened a case with support to investigate?  Would love to make sure this isn't a pervasive issue and opening a case will really help us keep track of things and drill down into the guts of the issue.
