Sharing programs

Hi Everyone!

I'm looking for a solution to share program templates we developed with workspaces in a way that editing is not possible on the originals, but it's possible to clone the program templates and then the users can edit the cloned version based on their needs. 
Sharing would be the perfect solution for this, however you can almost share everything in Marketo except programs 😞 Any idea how we can achieve this?

Use Pendo Via. It's inapp product used for Marketo notifications. You can target very specific warnings when someone tries to edit the program templates.

Create templates in a different workspace. Limit access to that new template workspace and let people clone it over to the desired target workspaces.

You may encounter some cloning issues (across workspaces) sometimes. But once all asset are shared across workspaces, it should not cause any errors.

Hi!

Thanks for the suggestion and I think it's a good solution if by default there is a low number of workspaces. However we are currently working with 39 WSs already and this number will still increase, so we are trying to avoid creating more WSs for different reasons.
I really hope program sharing will become available at some point just as it works with assets.
