Sharing email summary/results with stakeholders

Hello email marketers out there,

I am looking to run a weekly email summary report for my team and was curious how some of you are doing this.

I have run these in the past but life got busy and they fell off. I would love any suggestions on the level of detail you offer or how you are running reports.

I am using email performance reports and creating a subscription for my stakeholders to see how they are performing.  Secondly, I create lists of names who have opened and email or engaged with a program and send these lists out as well.  I use RCA for the second option.

Jamie has a good system. It just depends - who is the audience? Do you need a weekly report? Who would care deeply?
