Share a link on twitter from landing page

I'm testing the social shares on a landing page and for twitter it brings up the URL plus a long string (mktNetwork=twitter&ltok=_mch-lancope.com-1373316219618-86914) on the end. Is this for tracking? Is there any way to get rid of this so it's not so long and is there a way to make it so a title shows before the URL?

Kim,
Looks like you are using the older share buttons.  Please try the new ones - these provide a much better experience.  More information is available from https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L6v6CAC
