SFDC task update

Task creation and updates: Can we create a workflow based on task status update?
I do not see any activity which we can use task is updated.
I want to change data value only when a task status is “completed” which is one of the status when a task is assigned.
Is there any way we can do it Marketo?

There is no trigger for task status changes.  You can create a SFDC campaign and use a change in its campaign member status as a proxy for this.
