SFDC Sync: sync all data when a new field is added

On the MSD connector, when a new field is mapped, the connector automatically retrieves all the data for this field and add it to the Marketo leads.

With SFDC, as newly added fields are automatically added to the schema, it might be a little dangerous to have this data flow automatically.

So this idea is that an admin option/button in admin -> field management should enable to trigger that retrieval of the values of a new field.

I like this idea, especially given that it would require a button click (since automatically doing it every time may cause API usage issues).
