SFDC Sync Error

When merging to SFDC, it would be nice to pull the lead up if there was an error in syncing so that the person trying to sync it could go there and make the update and then try syncing again. Now, it doesn't really show that there is an issue, just doesn't sync and you have to go in the activity log to know that there was an issue.
