SFDC Person Accounts?

Hi everyone,

We currently have thousands of person accounts in SFDC which we currently do not sync or market to within Marketo. We are exploring whether or not we may in the near future. I'm curious to hear about any similar initiatives and the pro's and con's. The purpose would be to upsell these customers and turn them into accounts in SFDC. We have VERY limited data on these accounts, in some cases only an email address.
