SFDC/MSD User program token types, and usage in CRM related flow steps

In program tokens, we should be able to create tokens that contains the ID of a CRM user. This token should be then usable in the "Sync person to SFDC" "Sync person do MSD" or "Change owner" flow steps.

The token should also contain queues, not just users.

This would enable us to create more solid lead management programs, that would be easier to maintain and less error prone.
