"SFDC link unavailable at this time"

In our sales alert emails we link to the salesforce profile of the Lead. The link used to work, but now we are getting the error "SFDC link unabailable at this time". What does this mean and how can we make it work? Does anyone know what causes this?

Hi Marcie,

It turned out for us that the marketo and salesforce werent syncing fast enough. The best way we solved it is by sending the alert email to our sales reps 15 minutes after the Lead is created. Simply use the "Wait" step before the "Send Alert" step and Marketo and Salesforce should sync within that 15 minute break.

What token did you use for the link?
The send alert token or did you create a url with the SFDC ID token?

So you get the error in the email alert or after clicking the link in the email?

I am finding that same issue now. The token I have used is {{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=}}. Is there a better token to use? The error appears in the email alert, in the same place that the link used to appear.

I've never seen this before, but it showed up on an alert for the first time today. I try to keep the wait between the action and alert to a minimum but I guess it wasn't enough time this morning.
