SFDC: Enable to use account team information for "change owner" and "Create Task" flow steps

In some situations, we may need to reassign a contact to a SFDC user that is identified by a specific role in the account team. This is not possible.

We need to be able to have some specific values in the "Change Owner" and "Create Tasks" flow steps where we could use an assign to "account Team Role", then a new choice would appear in which we could pick the role. In case multiple users have the same role, the first one would be picked.

Can you help explain to me how this would differ from Auto-Assignment rules?

Are you saying you desire the ability via flow steps or SLs specificly to access the Role and value pair?

Hi Geoff,

Auto-assignment works for leads only, but not for contacts.

Account Team are for accounts, that contain contacts, so this idea would apply for contacts only.

We do not need additional flow steps, in fact, just ajustements of existing ones.

This would be complementary of these ones:
