SFDC Custom Opportunity Fields not showing on Lead Record?

Is there a way to make custom opportunity fields show on the lead record on the opportunity info tab? It seems that only standard opp fields show here? The custom fields are definitely available in MKTO as constraints on "Has opportunity" so the field is definitely visible to MKTO, but I would like to have them on the lead record but cant see a way to do this?

No, we do not have the possibility to modify this screen, unfortunately.
