SFDC Campaign Sync Delay

Hey guys,

My SFDC campaigns don't seem to be syncing. Usually takes a few minutes after I create/edit a campaign for it to show in MKTO. It's been over an hour. Anyone else experience this? The campaign is indeed marked active.

Well, it seems to be a regular thing. After creating a campaign in SFDC, it takes several hours for it to be available in MKTO...

Hello Dane Kim​!

The time it takes will vastly depend on what else is happening in your system and what other objects need to sync. It will also depend on the timing  - maybe you created the campaign in the middle of a sync cycle just after the campaigns had synced. It would then take longer as it would need to wait for this sync cycle to end and the next sync cycle to start.

If you do notice regular delays it may be worth opening a case with Marketo Support so they can take a look at your current sync backlog and make sure everything looks ok!
