Hi Guys

any tips on how to set up a flow for unsubcription for example Once a visitor completes the Marketo registration form and if they are a member of ‘Unsubscribed’ List, they should automatically be directed to a different thank you page that says ‘You are currently unsubscribed from our lists, to change that please subscribe again here:” or something to that effect. Thank you

It is good to ask people to sign up for additional content on the Thank-you pages. As for the original question, this article describes how to do it:

You can set up the follow up page directly in Forms 2.0.

Eduardo, don't you think it'll be too late to say that on a thank you page? I'd suggest to warn unsubscribed users before they submit the form. You could add a snippet with the same text next to the form that would be only visible for unsubscribed leads.

You might want to consider using a preferences center. They can unsubscribe by changing their preferences, but it would give them the option to scale back or suspend marketing for a time instead of the all or nothing that comes with the unsubscribe.
