Setting up default "From Name", "From Address", and "Reply-to" in emails

When I create an email, is there a way to default the From Name, From Address, and Reply-to with our company information?  I've tried leaving them blank thinking that a default would fill in, but it won't let me save the email.  I've also looked in the Admin area, but did not see anywhere to set these.

This is not possible today.  You can vote on this existing idea:
