Setting up an Interesting Moment for New Contacts

How would I set up an interesting moment to notify a salesperson that a new contact has been added to their account? I can't figure it out...

Hi Sara,
I would suggest to set up a Smart Campaign with the following:
Smart List:
(Triggers):
Lead is Converted
Lead is Created
(Filters):
SFDC Type: is Contact
(This will catch both leads converted into contacts and leads that are created as contacts)

Flow:
Send Alert to Accoutn Owner

For "lead is converted" it's making me choose an "assigned to". Is there away around this? Should I just list all my salespeople here?
