Setting up alert for website visit - unsubscribe

Hi everyone

I am trying to set up some alerts for my team to get a notification to when a named account visits the unsubscribe page on our website, either directly or via clicking into a link that leads to our unsubscribe page. I've setup the smart list and the flow so that it should send us an email when the set action is triggered.

Marketo managed to pick-up the result accordingly, however we still don't receive an email or any alert notification for when someone visited the webpage.

Any suggestion on how to make this work, or if there is a better way to do it? Thank you in advance!
