Setting Success in Email Programs

Hi, I am playing around with the A/B testing functionality and I am trying to configure how to set success for the program. Is this automatically set when the winning criteria is chosen, (I've chosen %clicks as the winning criteria) but how does that make sense if someone clicks unsubscribe?

Hey Kaitlyn,

I remember hearing a long time ago that unsubscribe clicks do not count towards the click total you see in reporting. That is the assumption I have been operating under ever since and have not had any issues.

And when you talk about success, are you talking about success statuses? Or are you talking the winning criteria?

Hi Jeff,

Thank you. Definitely something I will look into. In terms of the success piece, I was referring to the success statuses. Are these automatically set at the program level when the A/B test runs through?
