Setting Schedule for Content Download and Contact Campaigns

I have campaigns set up for case study downloads from our website. Currently I have the schedule set as follows:

Visited: Leads run through every time
Filled Out Form: Leads run through every time
Downloaded: Leads run through flow once

I also have campaigns set up for contact requests, such as when someone fills out a Get a Quote form or Contact Us form on our webiste. Currently I have the schedule set as follows for those:

Visited: Leads run through every time
Filled Out Form: Leads run through every time

I'm wondering if these schedules are correct or if there is a best practice around setting the schedule for contact and content download related campaigns.

The schedules make perfect sense.

In fairness there is no "right" or "wrong" in that context. They need to reflect the business goals.

Allowing the leads going through the qualification rules every time would be appropriate if the campaigns are scoring, sending alerts to sales, creating tasks or taking similar actions.
