setting a URL in an email

I have an email campaign set up however when I establish the link behind a button in the email message to my MKTO LP it defaulst to an alternative link when sending a sample email, what am I doing wrong?

So you want an image to be linked back to the LP?

You must select the image in the email editor, THEN the link icon. Not sure what you are doing now, but it might be selecting text somewhere else.

You can verify this by pressing the HTML button to look at the actual code, if you feel comfortable doing this. The image should be inside the A tag.

Hi Kyleen, is it going to your "fallback" page? This is possible if you haven't approved the Marketo landing page, so there's actually nothing to point the link in the email to. I'd confirm that the landing page is approved, and that the link in the email is correct for the page that you're attempting to point to.
