Hi Team,

Hope you are good! When I am trying to set up the "Contact support" for this client then Marekto community are showing the below message. Please help me how I can fix this problem and set up the "contact support" for our client.

Do you know who the support admin is for that company? They can give access to different users. However, if this person is the support admin and is getting this message, I'd reach out to the account manager of that company.

Thanks Kim!

I actually am the Authorized Support contact for the company. I have reached out to Marketo and it looks like this is an issue across all of our active instances.

Once I obtain a successful resoution I will post it into the forum in case anyone else out there runs into the same issue.
