SEO: Too many outbound links with CDN hosting?

We're using the new SEO tools in Marketo and a common error for our pages is that there are too many outbound links. This appears to be caused on the most part by files hosted on our cdn. Which has a different domain to our site. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a best practice fix for it?

Will deleting from our results, mean this will be ignored when the page value is calcualted?
And is it doing any harm?

Thanks

Nick, is the CNAME set up so that the CDN exists on a subdomain for your own site, such as cdn.statpro.com? That's a better set up from an SEO perspective (versus something like statpro.cdncompany.com).

If you delete that issue from the results, it will be ignored in that page's Optimization Score calculation.
