Question

Sending/re-sending email to a single lead after campaign runs

I've been told several times that a specific lead did not receive and email blast I have sent out.  I'd like to be able to just resend the email to that particular lead or a list of others whom I've been told after the fact weren't on the list of recipients and should have been.

Is there any way, short of cloning the campaign to just add leads to the send on a one-off basis after the campaign has run?

Set te campaign settings to "run only once". the re-launch the campaign. Only the leads that qualify and have not been a member already will be on this second try.

If this is a permanent issue, you can even se the campaign to run every day. each day, the campaign will capture a few new leads and run form them.

Sometimes, just sometimes, this is a job for Outlook.

It's possible that they have internal blocking or blacklisting. If that's the case they still won't get it. Send the one-off through Outlook, check the logs to see if they're in the list and what happened. Maybe they're unsubscribed or have an invalid email address.
