Sending e-blast using an uploaded email list

Hello, this is a newbie question, but I need to send out an e-blast to a list of people on a CSV file. I uploaded the CSV list and created a list under "My List" in the lead database section. Then I create a new e-blast program, which trigger do I use in the smart campaign so the email is going to the list of people i uploaded?

You wouldn't use a trigger, you would use the Member of List filter and specify the desired list.
