Sending alert to a related contact

I have a requirement from my sales team to gather follow up information on leads we have passed to dealers in Salesforce.

Is there a way to send an alert using marketo to an email field {{lead.dealerRep}} that is a related contact on the SF record. My issue is that this is not an internal email and is not static.
