send text version email through program campaign

Hi Everyone,

I send a email blast through program campaign, and the result is i only received the HTML version of email, where is my TEXT version?

I need send out both of two version to client.

I found a good discussion in community, it said which version received depend on customer email client.

Yes, that's correct. Which version a customer sees, html or text, depends upon thier email client settings for which one they choose to receive.

What you could do is send yourself a test and mark "send text version" and makes changes to them to show them as the live version and forward them to your client.
