Send Sales Insight to Multiple Recipients

Our Sales Directors want to send a Sales Insight email to several recipients at one time (for instance, multiple contacts within the same account).  I have seen this article on how to do it: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L4wDCAS

My question is, where are you seeing the checkboxes by the lead or contact names?  I'm not seeing them on any of my screens. 

If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be a huge help.
