"Send From Marketo" Button in Gmail Not Working?

Has anyone had issues with the "Send From Marketo" button not working in Gmail? I like to use it when contacting customers for case studies, press releases, etc, so their reps know that I've reached out. Unfortunately, the button disappeared a couple weeks ago and I can't fix the issue, despite reinstalling. If it's just me, I'll contact Support, but figured I'd see if anyone had a quick idea or two

I'd double-check that you have licensed yourself for it in Admin > Sales Insight > Email Add-In area.

If yes, then yeah support.
