Send email to multiple users using tokens from one opportunity

I'd like to send multiple leads an email using tokens from one SFDC opportunity. The opportunity is not associated with any of the leads who should be receiving the email. Our business model is as such: A-Type leads can create opportunities, B-Type leads can view/transact on opportunities created by A-Type leads. So the email will go to B-Type leads about an opportunity created by an A-Type lead.

Can someone let me know if this is possible and if so, how to set this up?

Well are these A and B leads associated to the same Account? If so, you may be able to say

if A Lead 1 Has Opp=XYZ

then populate a Static List of leads from this Account with Type B

then send an email to this static list.

Without a better understanding of your existing data structure, this is tough question. You should discuss this with your CRM Admin in more detail. I don't really get what you mean by B leads can View/Transact on Opps from A Leads. Are you running some sort of Partner System?
