Send Autoresponse base on pdf download

Hi All,

When we send an email through Marketo and we offer the customer to download some file. After download it, is possible to send automatically an auto response email to them asking if they need some information, quotation?

In sum: yes, use a Smart Campaign listening for a Clicked Email, Clicked Link on Web Page, or Filled Out Form activity (depending on how many steps it takes for the lead to get the file).
