Send an email alert when an email address becomes invalid

I was curious if anyone could help me figure out the best way to send an email alert when an email address becomes invalid? Right now I have Smart list: (data value changes: Attribute: Email Invalid) Flow: (send alert: Email: Email that I created for the alert, Send to: Account Owner). I just want to make sure I'm on the right track.

That should do it.  

To test it out, I would recommend creating a lead, then changing the value for that lead. You can find the Email Invalid value under the Lead Info tab.
