"Select Value List" program token type

The idea is to solve the issue explained here : my.token in custom form field

It would be extremely useful to be able to create tokens that would contain select value list. This token would be added in the value list :

Typical usage is for select lists that contain multiple event dates that a lead can choose.

    Another usage would be to use top level folder tokens with typical list values and reuse them all over the place.

    2 years and no development on this one, @Grégoire Michel​? this would be a fantastic solution for event forms where you don't want to create a new local form for every event... do you know whether anyone has come up with any workarounds, perhaps? Maybe Sanford Whiteman​ and his FlowBoost wizardry...?

    yes, some workaround exit using JS and a token in the LP. @Sanford Whiteman​ is surely the best person to ask for this.
