Select Multiple Constraints

For better usability, we should have the ability to select multiple constraints within a filter simultaneously.

For example, I am setting up a smart list with multiple account-level requirements,  and I need to add upward of three constraints to each filter individually. Instead of having to click into filter and add constraints one at a time, it would be much more efficient to select all the necessary constraints at once.
