Searching all campaigns for specific data value change

Yes, campaign inspector can show you every campaign using a specific flow step. If you search "Lead Status" in campaign inspector you will see all references to "Lead Status" but you can focus on the column 'Found "Lead Status"' and only look at those listing "Change Data Value". You can also export campaign inspector results if it's easier to search.

Alternatively, another way to find every campaign referencing "Lead Status" is to navigate to Admin > Field Management > and search for "Lead Status". Under the "Field Used By" section it will list all assets using that field, including smart campaigns. Unfortunately, this list cannot be easily searched, but it should serve your purpose.
