Add search functionality to include the ability to find people by their profile name.

A few weeks ago I noticed this was implemented but not announced. Give it a try - search for "Tinkey" and you will see my profile in your search results.

I know - Liz asked me to re-post because the original Idea got merged with another one. And only a part of that Idea just got announced.
