search all lists at once for a lead name
is there a way to search all lists at once for a lead name/email rather than one at a time?

Sabrina, not that I know of.
But here's a close work-around: You could create a Smart List with the criteria "Member of List" -- then add all your Lists to that query. You could then search that Smart List for the names/emails you are looking for.
Or if you go into the All Leads system smart list, that's a quick way to search your entire database.
