Sabrina, not that I know of.
But here's a close work-around: You could create a Smart List with the criteria "Member of List" -- then add all your Lists to that query. You could then search that Smart List for the names/emails you are looking for.
Or if you go into the All Leads system smart list, that's a quick way to search your entire database.

Hi Sabrina,
Go into the lead's activity log and search there for "list" or "add to list." Then you'll be able to see the lists the lead has been added to.
