scoring on forms

Is it possible to say if a form is filled out in this type of channel it is scored this way? If it is possible how would I set that up?

You would have to use Program Status Changed and select the statuses you want.

Yes, you have to add Forms, whether they are specific or use CONTAINS so you ensure your naming scheme is well maintained.

You'd use the Fills out Form trigger and add whatever criteria you want. Then the flow would be the score change.

I tried that but unless you use specific forms it doens't work, and I dont want to keep adding forms to the list. also the channel isn't a filtering option.

Josh thanks for clarifying that. Is there a way that we can use the Channel to do the filtering. For example if a form existst in a campaign which has the channel webinar and you want all the forms that exist in that channel to change score what needs to be done? ( you can skip the flow step at the end where I know it is change score).
