Scores decreased when a lead syncs from Salesforce

Hello,

I have leads in Salesforce that loose scores when they sync to Marketo. I don't understand why.
Has anybody already got that issue here ?

It is frustrating because we loose sight on high value leads...

Do you have a score decay program that is looking for activity count in the last 7 days etc? This could be the reason your score is falling. Otherwise I would need more speciics to help you solve this issue.

So it looks like this; I don't think it's related to a decay program.

It certainly looks like it is part of a decay program. I would look at your behavior scoring model because it has decay built in (hence the subtraction).

ok but why would it be decreasing everytime after it syncs from salesforce "Synced from salesforce Contact ID..." ?
