Score Fields - Microsoft Dynamics

Anyone who uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM want to share how they setup their scoring fields? I setup score fields on the Dynamics side but I don't think they are 'score' fields and therefore do not show up on the 'change score' flow step.

Hi Pierce,
This has nothing to do with Dynamics. It works the same way with custom score fields in Salesforce too.

The custom fields must be set to type of "score" in Marketo. You can do this:
Admin -> Field Management -> select the custom scorefield
Use the "Change field type" and select "Score" as the type.

Yep - makes sense. But then how do I get this field into Dynamics?

I'm confused on what you are asking. You started out by saying the fields are in Dynamics and syncing down to Marketo but you can't use them as score fields... For this, the only thing you have to do is make Marketo see them as score fields which is what changing the type in Marketo will do. Dynamics should still be seeing them as the integer that you set them up as to begin with.

Are the fields in Dynamics and syncing down to Marketo? If not, you have to start there.

I was just confused as to how you make the fields that come over from the integration into the proper score fields. Figured out that there was a change type option in field management that I was not aware of. Thanks :)
