Score Change doesn't work?

I've created a smart list where:

Score change (%) is >0
&
Score is Lead Score
Was changed at the last 30 days

but the list comes up empty.
I tried removing the second rule and the list still empty - I have planty of leads to comply this rule.

Any idea?

If I use your filter, I also come up with 0 result for my database

Thanks Cecile. I need to measure the leads that are positively changed their score in a time frame.
I can't seem to do that in Leads Score filter...
