Scheduling Web Activity Reports

I am trying to set up a Web Page Activity report that goes out to a salesperson on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Unfortunately, the only options I see are "yesterday" and "this week". Is there any other way I can make this work? Otherwise, is there a way to not send a report at all on days that it's empty?
