Scheduling a Task

Last week I sent an email campaign hoping to get a bunch of clicks, it was unsuccessful. We are hoping to go back and schedule a SFDC task for the lead owners of any lead that opened the email last week. I hought it would be easy but my first two attempts have failed. Is it possible? If so how?

Yes, that would work, too. Member of list: List Name

Here's what we do. List: Opened Email, Flow step: Create Task. Is this the setup you've tried?

I did, list= Trigger Opens Email this Month, Flow Step= Create Task

Trigger won't work because it happened in the past. You'll have to go with a filter to build the smart list.

All the leads that opened the email were sent to a static list. Can I use that list?

That was my original thought.
Member of list= Opened Webinar
Flow= Create Task
Schedule= Run once? I was looking for an activate light bulb?

It's a batch campaign using the green smart list filter.

As Cheryl noted, this can't be a trigger now for past activities.

So Run Once > Immediately.

Sounds right to me.
