Schedule activation/deactivation of trigger campaigns

It would be really helpful to be able to schedule a future activation and/or deactivation of trigger campaigns. Some case examples:

- Trigger campaigns that you only want to run temporarily due to system changes, the season, a promotional campaign or an upcoming holiday

- Temporarily deactivate triggers during scheduled system maintenance

- Ensure the launch of a campaign on a particular time or day regardless of the availability of the Marketo admin (if they are out of office, or if launch will be on a weekend or holiday)
