SAP Business ByDesign Integration

Does anyone use SAP Business ByDesign?  We have this archaic CRM system and I'd love to find a way to connect it to Marketo.  Anyone have any experience or advice?

This will need to be a custom configuration.  Can you access this CRM from the internet, or is it completely within your firewall?  If it is completely within the firewall there will be no way to connect to it.

Ok, so there is no out of the box integration with that.  You have two options, you can use webhooks straight out of a Marketo Workflow to send information to SAP and recieive information back and store it to any field in the database.

Or you can do a full API integration.  Please see developers.marketo.com for a description of our APIs.

What a lot of people do is use a middleware provider like Muv, Scribe or Informatica.  They have connectors predefined for most popular applications and can connect them together for a fee.
