Sample Size Question

Hi there!

I'd love to better understand if the approach i'm taking to find out our sample size for a/b testing is correct. Any insights are much appreciated!

I've plugged in the following numbers in sample size calculator:

Confidence level = 95%

Confidence Interval = 5

Population = 17K

Sample size = 376

I then divided 376/ 17, 000 = 22%

I doubled that number to make up my sample size, which equals 44%.

So, my test group was 44% and then the winner to 56%

I then divided 376/ 17, 000 = 22%

376/1000 = 2.2%
